Founded in 1991, Anaheim, CA-based Transline Technology, Inc. (TTI) is a world-class designer and manufacturer of high-frequency, high-speed, and hybrid analog/digital printed circuit boards (PCBs) for a wide range of applications, fabricating as many as 24 circuit layers from RF and microwave through millimeter-wave frequencies.
TTI features veteran design engineers who can assist in meeting rigorous electrical, environmental, and mechanical requirements for all circuit types. They can quickly turn concepts into layouts, designs into high-reliability PCBs, and improve the performance of legacy circuit designs, supporting a variety of markets, including automotive, communications, aerospace and military, high-power, and medical markets, while delivering PCBs cost-effectively and under the tightest time constraints.
Working with rigid, flex, and rigid-flex circuit materials, TTI leverages state-of-the-art manufacturing experience and equipment to “get it right the first time, every time,” maintaining tight tolerances for circuit lines and spaces for PCBs from basic single-layer circuits to densely packed multilayer PCBs. In support of circuits as large as 48 × 60 in., TTI’s manufacturing capabilities are extensive and include fusion bonding, precision drilling, metal etching, and metal plating. PCB design and manufacturing skills are backed by complete on-site mechanical, electrical, and environmental testing capabilities to ensure that each PCB is built for excellent long-term reliability and the highest performance while meeting all applicable standards and certifications.
